Internet service providers located in Mexico

Reserved it stops:
a) Internet service provider
b) Supplier of services of added value
c) Supplier of services of radio network
d) Lender of services of data transmission
e) Lender of special services of telecommunications

NOTE: Any other organization including in the present column could not be registered under this one category.

Requirements:
1. Copy of registry before the Federal Commission of Telecommunications as supplier of the services before mentioned.
2. To provide information of the services that offer, supporting of the official name of the ISP.
In a term smaller to 10 days these documents will have to be sent to the offices of REGISTRY MX, the organization that the registry of the domains in Mexico supervises.

Institutions or offices of the Mexican Government

Reserved it stops:
a) Federal, State and Municipal government, Governmental Secretaries and Dependencies, Programs, dispersed, independent centralized, decentralized Organisms and semi-official Organisms of the Public Administration of the Mexican Government.
b) State and semi-official companies of the Mexican Government.
c) Embassies of Mexico.
d) Trusts of governmental function.

NOTE: Any other organization including in the present column could not be registered under this one category.

Requirements:
I. Letter with letterhead of the organization of the Mexican Government who asks for the registry, signed by a legal representative.
II. Copy of an official identification of the legal representative who signs the letter.

In a term smaller to 10 days the documents will have to be sent to REGISTRY MX via postal mail.
NOTE: The organization that registers the domain name will be only the authorized one to realise modifications in the same.
The Organization related to a name of domain with completion .gob.mx could not be modified unless she publishes herself of official form in the Official Newspaper of the Federation or Newspaper of the State according to corresponds.

Mexican institutions of education or investigation

Reserved it stops:
a) Institutions of Education that count on a registry before the SEP or are built-in to some University recognized by the Mexican State.
b) Schools of Labor Qualification or technical Education credited by some competent Office of the Mexican Government.
c) Institutions dedicated to the pre-school Education that count on a registry before the SEP or are built-in to some University recognized by the Mexican State.
d) Institutions dedicated to the investigation that count on the registry before the CONACYT.

NOTE: Any other organization including in the present column could not be registered under this one category.

Requirements:
I. Copy of the Registry before the SEP or copies of the newspaper or official newspaper that credits it according to the specific case; or if so, copy of the registry before the CONACYT.
II. Membreteada letter of the institution that asks for it, which will be only the authorized one to use the domain name.
In a term smaller to 10 days the documents will have to be sent to REGISTRY MX via postal mail.
NOTE: The organization that registers the domain name will be only the authorized one to realise modifications in the same.

People or organizations with headquarters in the United States

The requisite Nexus with EE. UU. she guarantees that only the people or organizations who have an important connection with the United States can register domain names .us. In order to describe for a domain name .us, you must be:

I. A natural person who is citizen or resident permanent of the United States of America or anyone of their possessions or territories, or whose main address is located in the United States of America or anyone of its possessions.

II. An organization or organization who is built-in to one of the fifty (50) states of EE. UU., the District of Columbia, or anyone of the possessions or territories of the United States, or that is organized or constituted of some other form according to the laws of a state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, or anyone of their possessions or territories.

III. An organization or organization (that can be a federal, state or local government of the United States, or a political subdivision) that bona fide have a presence in the United States.

People or organizations with headquarters in some country of the European Union

I. To title must be citizen of some country pertaining to the European Union
II. The holder will have to provide contact data.
III. Telephone of Contact with Clave de Provincia /Ciudad.
IV. Number of Citizen Identification.
